Galina Pavlova has extensive experience in matters related to the conclusion of marital agreements, their challenge, division of joint property of spouses, preparation and negotiation of various agreements, including those on alimony payments, child upbringing, as well as on inheritance of businesses and trust management of inherited property.
In addition, Galina Pavlova is a specialist in corporate law. She participates in the support of mergers and acquisitions transactions. Her expertise also includes developing optimal corporate asset management structures, including comprehensive risk analysis and forecasting. G. Pavlova manages complex, integrated projects for structuring and supporting transactions, as well as due diligence projects.
Galina Pavlova also provides assistance in court representation and family and inheritance law matters on a pro bono basis. Since 2009, Galina Pavlova has been representing the interests of the granddaughter of the famous Russian architect Konstantin Melnikov in litigation concerning ownership rights to the Melnikov House, a federally significant cultural heritage site.
