Stanislav headed the legal department, then became an advisor to the president of the large cement holding “Sibirsky Tsement,” overseeing M&A transactions and asset purchases, participating in the resolution of a corporate conflict related to control over “Angarskcement,” representing the company in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction; participated in the implementation of joint projects in Kazakhstan for the construction of cement plants; participated in the transaction to acquire Turkish cement assets.
Since the end of 2008, he held the position of Deputy General Director in one of the largest Russian development companies in the field of retail real estate, representing the company’s interests in the restructuring of distressed debt exceeding $500 million, as well as in the bankruptcy of holding companies undergoing insolvency proceedings.
Since 2014, he has led a team of lawyers representing creditors in the bankruptcies of about 45 companies with claims exceeding 20 billion rubles in various regions of Russia.
In 2016, he obtained the status of advocate. He represented the interests of victims in criminal proceedings.
In 2019-2020, he was recognized by the international ranking Best Lawyers as one of the best lawyers in Russia in the field of Litigation.
