On November 28, 2024, experts of the law firm “Pavlova, Golotvin, Bykanov and Partners” participated in the conference “Bankruptcy: Regulation and Judicial Practice.” The conference was organized by the legal information agency “Pravo RU.”
At the Pravo.ru conference, speakers discussed the future of bankruptcy following the increase in state fees. Two months have passed since the increase in court fees, but so many issues remain that even the Plenum’s resolution couldn’t resolve them. Judicial practice, the main source of innovation in bankruptcy, was also discussed. This role of judicial precedent in insolvency disputes is alarming, according to lawyers. Experts also offered advice, teaching participants how to identify cartels, the risks of contested tenders, and signs of affiliation.
