On November 12, 2024, experts from Pavlova, Golotvin, Bykanov & Partners participated in the conference “Development and Construction: Legal Risks.” The conference was organized by the legal information agency Pravo RU.
Legal risks in construction are growing: regulation of integrated territorial development is becoming more complex, new grounds for land seizure are emerging, and established judicial practice is changing. The Constitutional Court’s ruling, which lifted the statute of limitations in disputes over the seizure of corrupt assets, will have a significant impact on asset owners.
